Wonder: One week since launch - 25% Under Contract

We are very pleased to share that since launching Wonder one week ago, 25% of these amazing new apartments are now under contract.

Our showroom opened its doors to the public over the weekend, welcoming new & familiar faces - including many previous purchasers. Housed within our recently completed 59 France, our Wonder showroom gives you a taste of what we will be building.

Sustainably focused, Wonder will be comprised of one, two and three-bedroom living options. We’ve had an especially enthusiastic response to our private rooftop space, primely situated on the north-facing corner of the building. What may have been a $5 million dollar penthouse, has been allocated to share amongst Wonder residents as an extension of their urban living space. A luxurious spot to entertain guests, host dinner parties or take a book to relax in the library area.
