Property Council NZ recognises the Dylan with an excellence award.
Urban Collective aims to be at the forefront of design and creativity with our unique and modern apartment developments, built for the new age of homeowners.
As such we are unbelievably happy to have been acknowledged for our hard work and efforts on the Dylan Apartment complex, by receiving the ARROW International Multi-Unit Residential Property Award in excellence, at the New Zealand Property Council Industry Awards for 2017. It was a hell of a project, a fantastic night and an awesome win for our team.
